温州金州集团有限公司是集进出口贸易、服务业、房地产、医药、制造业等多层次、跨领域的企业集团,公司注册资金为5068万元,2004年集团销售额13.42亿元,创利税1.64亿元,列全国民营企业237位。几年来,集团公司先后被评为明星(功勋)企业,创税大户,省、市、区出口创汇先进单位,荣获2001年至2004年度温州市人民政府颁发的“集体功”荣誉称号。董事长兼总经理郑永强2003年被评为浙江省劳动模范,2004年被评为“浙江省优秀中国特色社会主义事业建设者”,2005年被评为全国劳动模范。集团下属瓯海外贸公司已连续5年、每年以40%至50%的速度递增外贸出口额,2004年出口创汇1.62亿美元,跃居浙江省出口创汇排列第35位,温州市第2位。集团下属温州金州集团外贸实业有限公司的服装、制鞋、五金生产线建设项目已经省、市批准。项目选址于温州市瓯海郭溪镇曹埭村,占地199.5亩,新增建筑面积207599平方米。项目总投资2.7亿元,建设期为两年,项目建成后将新增出口创汇6.7亿元。
Wenzhou Jinzhou Group Co., Ltd. is a multi-level and cross-section enterprise group with import and export trade, service industry, real estate, medicine and manufacturing. The registered capital of the company is 50.68 million yuan. In 2004, the group sales were 1.342 billion yuan, 164 million yuan, 237 nationally-owned enterprises. Over the past few years, the company has been rated as celebrity (meritorious) enterprises, large taxpayers, provincial, municipal and district export advanced units, won the 2001-2004 Wenzhou City People's Government awarded the “collective power” honorary title. Zheng Yongqiang, chairman and managing director, was named model worker of Zhejiang Province in 2003 and was named “Zhejiang Province outstanding builder of socialism with Chinese characteristics” in 2004, and was named national model worker in 2005. Ouhai Foreign Trade Group, a subsidiary of the Group, has been increasing its export volume by 40% to 50% annually for a continuous period of 5 years. In 2004, it earned foreign exchange earnings of 162 million U.S. dollars, ranking 35th among exporters in Zhejiang Province and No. 2 in Wenzhou City. Wenzhou Jinzhou Group Foreign Trade Industrial Co., Ltd. under the Group's clothing, footwear, hardware production line construction projects have been provincial and municipal approval. The project is located in Caohe Village, Guo Xi Town, Ouhai, Wenzhou, covering an area of 199.5 mu, with a newly-added building area of 207,599 square meters. With a total investment of 270 million yuan and a construction period of two years, a total of 670 million yuan of foreign exchange earnings will be newly added after the project is completed.
