目的:探索前列腺癌患者血清中Ⅰ型胶原氨基末端肽(NTx)、骨唾液酸蛋白(BSP)以及前列腺特异抗原(PSA)的含量与骨转移发生之间的关系。方法:收集73例前列腺癌患者的临床资料,其中骨转移组38例,无骨转移组35例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测两组患者血清中NTx、BSP和PSA的含量并进行统计分析。结果:骨转移组血清中NTx、BSP的含量明显高于无骨转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而骨转移组血清PSA含量与无骨转移组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清NTx含量作为骨转移分子标志的灵敏度达90.0%,特异度为68.6%;血清BSP的灵敏度为84.2%,特异度为71.4%;血清PSA的灵敏度和特异度分别为81.6%和37.1%。结论:前列腺癌患者血清中的NTx和BSP含量对骨转移的发生具有重要的预测意义。
Objective: To explore the relationship between serum NT-Ⅰ, BSP and PSA in serum of patients with prostate cancer and the occurrence of bone metastasis. Methods: The clinical data of 73 patients with prostate cancer were collected, including 38 cases of bone metastasis and 35 cases of boneless metastasis. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of NTx, BSP and PSA in the two groups of patients and statistical analysis. Results: The serum levels of NTx and BSP in the bone metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the non-bone metastasis group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum PSA level between the bone metastasis group and the bone metastasis group (P> 0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of serum NTx as a molecular marker of bone metastasis were 90.0% and 68.6% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of serum BSP were 84.2% and 71.4% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of serum PSA were 81.6 % And 37.1%. Conclusion: The serum levels of NTx and BSP in patients with prostate cancer have important predictive value for the occurrence of bone metastases.
