本文应用安络宁片治疗32例高脂血症患者,口服3片tid,疗程为3 mo(月),32例高胆固醇血症者治疗后总有效率为84％,平均下降率29％(p<0.001)。13例高甘油三酯血症者,总有效率85％,平均下降32％(p<0.001);28例高密度脂蛋白胆固醇偏低者,总有效率100％,平均升高率62％(p<0.001)。除1例在治疗过程中,出现肝功能絮浊试验轻度增高外,余无不良反应。作者认为本药除有较好的降脂作用外,尚有明显提高HDL-C的效果,值得推广应用。

The author believes that the drug addition to a better role in lipid-lowering, there is a significant increase in the effect of HDL-C, it is worth promoting the application.
