随着党的十八大以来“八项规定”和“六项禁令”的出台以及“反四风”和“三严三实”教育活动的开展,广大党员干部充分感受到了党对转变工作作风的态度之坚决、密切联系群众的立场之坚定。我们相信绝大多数党员干部会做到廉洁自律,因为这个意识是自觉的,不由自主的。可我们也有理由相信个别党员干部是在当今反腐的高压态势下,不得不走回到廉洁自律的光明大道上。在廉洁自律问题上,如何要广大党员干部抛开“不得不为”
