关于城市综合体的定义要讨论城市综合体的话,我们需要对它的概念有一个基本的了解。本文语境中的城市综合体,是广义上的城市综合体。其概念不同于当下我们一般所提及的“将城市中的商业、办公、居住、旅店、展览、餐饮、会议、文娱和交通等城市生活空间的三项以上进行组合,并在各部分间建立一种相互依存、相互助益的能动关系,从而形成一个多功能、高效率的综合体”这种城市综合体的定义。这一定义实际上是特指于20世纪60年代兴起于美国的一种对于城市土地综合开发的模式,它是基于现代经济、技术、文化、政治和生活方式等大的社会背景而形成的。
