去年以来,吉林省不断强化整治措施,加大监督检查力度,查处涉“软”案件、加强制度建设、营造舆论氛围,省软环境办可谓是忙得不亦乐乎。但有报道指出,吉林省软环境建设仍存在一些问题,如一些政府部门和干部权本位、官本位思想仍很严重;一些政府机关工作人员作风还没有根本转变;司法机关、执法部门司法不公、执法不严、枉法裁判的问题仍然很突出,很多干扰破坏软环境的问题纠而复生,等等。
