Perforation in two-roll piercing machine is one of the deformation process, but the mathematical definition of the deformation speed has not been conclusive. For the seamless pipe production, the perforation process can not be fully simulated under the experimental conditions, which further restricts the influence of the deformation speed on the deformation ability of the rolled products in the hot condition. Experimental mill because of its roll speed range is small, the deformation rate is small, so the plastic test material measurement results can not meet the actual needs. To date, the thermal deformability of the perforation process and the rolling measured on a torque and tensile plasticity meter
