第一眼见到徐长兴时,我很难相信眼前这个一米八的大个子男人能凭借他那粗大的手制作、改装出那么多的物件。然而,随着深入采访,我从徐长兴讲述的故事中知道他确实有这个能力,也有这个实力。在两个多小时的采访时间里,徐长兴一直津津乐道地给我介绍多年来他亲手制作、改装的每个物件。从他神采奕奕的表情里,我能看出他对自己制作、改装的手艺倍感骄傲。曾几何时,家庭经济条件不好,他从这些物件里找到了一个男孩的自信、一个男人的自尊。时间流逝,如今,物质条件富足的他,依然热衷于制作、改装各种物件。只不过,作为一个已过半百的男人而言,他更多的是享受这一过程带给他的乐趣。
When I first saw Xu Changxing, it was hard to believe that the one-meter-tall man in front could make so many things by virtue of his thick hand. However, with an in-depth interview, I learned from Xu Changxing’s story that he really has this ability, but also this strength. In more than two hours of interviewing time, Xu Changxing has been reliving to introduce to me everything he has personally produced and modified for many years. From the expression of his energetic expression, I can see that he is very proud of his artisanship and modification. Once upon a time, poor family economic conditions, he found in these objects a boy’s self-confidence, a man’s self-esteem. As time goes on, today, he is still keen on making and refitting various objects with rich material conditions. However, as a man who has been half a hundred years, he is more to enjoy the fun brought by this process.
