压水堆核电站燃料元件定位架是反应堆内重要部件之一,也是一种结构精细的件部,其组装成型的重要工序是钎焊,故钎焊料和母材的选择均十分重要。国外已介绍了一些钎焊料和母材,我国也已对近百种钎焊料进行了漫流、熔点、强度等大量性能试验,但考虑到我国反应堆的实际使用条件,还必须对Ni-Cr-Si系钎焊料和几种母材进行腐蚀试验,为定位架设计提供必要的依据。
