去年4月NASDAQ的阴影至今还笼罩在高新技术产业尤其是互联网、电子商务的头上,在美国新经济浪潮中冲锋陷阵的IT产业由于过热而滋生的过度泡沫渐次破灭。而美国经济的调整IT产业首当其冲,在经济全球化的今天也必然波及其他国家。沉闷和不景气的幽灵在四处游荡,影响着人们的信心。
In April last year, the shadow of NASDAQ is still shrouded in the high-tech industries, especially the Internet and e-commerce.
