地震是现代城市的主要灾害,在一定程度上制约着土地利用。从区域防震的角度,通过分析投入-产出过程,论述了区域防震土地利用的概念。介绍了我国地震灾害的区域分布差异特征,将区域防震土地利用划分为5种类型。在考虑防震减灾与经济效益的基础上,提出了区域防震土地利用分析模型,该模型以行业区域投资效益为指标,给出了行业在区域的投资适宜度。最后在仅考虑地震影响和经济发展的基础上,分析并给出了全国防震土地利用适宜性分布结果。并对“不宜建设区”和“限制建设区”的土地利用提出了建议。
Earthquake is a major disaster in modern cities, to a certain extent, restricting land use. From the perspective of regional earthquake prevention, this paper discusses the concept of regional earthquake-resistant land use by analyzing the input-output process. The characteristics of regional distribution of earthquake disasters in our country are introduced, and the types of earthquake-resistant land in the region are divided into five types. Based on the consideration of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation and economic benefits, a regional earthquake-resistant land use analysis model is proposed. This model takes the investment benefit of industry area as an indicator and gives the investment suitability of the industry in the region. Finally, on the basis of considering the impact of earthquake and economic development, the results of the suitability distribution of earthquake-resistant land use in China are analyzed and presented. And put forward suggestions on the land utilization of “not suitable for construction area” and “restricted construction area”.
