随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展和经济体制改革的深入以及对资本管理和运作的重视,一大批控股公司、集团公司逐渐成长起来.这些控股公司、集团公司与我国传统的企业集团模式不同,它们具有多元化投资主体、多元化企业组成、多元化行业经营等特点.这些控股公司、集团公司在我国国民经济发展中发挥的作用越来越大.但随之也给企业领导者进行管理带来一个新课题,如怎样管理有着诸多行业的投资企业,如何判断这些企业生产经营的优劣,如何监控它们的投资回报等.
With the development of China’s socialist market economy and the deepening of economic restructuring and the importance attached to capital management and operation, a large number of holding companies and group companies have gradually grown up. These holding companies and group companies have different models from traditional Chinese enterprise groups. They have the characteristics of diversified investment entities, diversified companies, diversified industry operations, etc. These holding companies and group companies play an increasingly important role in the development of China’s national economy.
