在锻压机械中,机械压力机和剪切机统称为冲剪床,是占比重较多的两大类别设备,广泛应用于各行各业。冲剪床有两种不同的工作状况:一是连续操作,离合器不脱开,主轴(曲轴或偏心轴)连续转动;另一是单动操作,每踩一下操纵离合器的踏板,主轴就转一周。两种操作的“行程次数”的特性不同,因而该参数的计算方法也是不一样的。特别是采用刚性联接离合器的中小型冲剪床,差异较大。单从统计学观测,连续操作的效率是单动操作效率的1.125~1.5倍。
