无环鸟苷(acyclovir)是目前应用最有效、毒性最小的抗病毒药物之一。已证明口服该药可显著避免副作用,但大剂量静脉输入时(500mg/M~2),偶可发生肾和中枢神经系统的严重毒性反应。
Acyclovir is currently one of the most effective and toxic antiviral drugs. Oral administration of this drug has been shown to significantly reduce side effects, but severe intravenous (500mg / M ~ 2) infusion may cause severe toxic reactions in the kidneys and central nervous system.
