目的分析卵巢巧克力样囊肿各分型的复杂声像图,以求提高超声对本病的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析154例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者,共158个肿块的声像图特点及分型,观察并计算各型诊断符合率。结果依据肿块声像特点共分7种类型。卵巢巧克力样囊肿囊内均匀光点型的符合率最高(87.5%),单纯囊肿型符合率最低(11%)。结论超声分型诊断卵巢巧克力样囊肿具有重要的临床意义,应用临床分型有助于提高对本病诊断符合率。
Objective To analyze the complex sonograms of ovarian chocolate cysts in order to improve the diagnostic value of ultrasound on this disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of 154 cases of ovarian endometriosis patients, a total of 158 lumps of sonographic features and typing, observed and calculated the diagnostic accuracy of various types. Results According to the characteristics of lumps are divided into 7 types. The coincidence rate of uniform spot type in ovarian chocolate-like cysts was the highest (87.5%), and that of simple cyst type was the lowest (11%). Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cyst has an important clinical significance, the application of clinical classification helps to improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease.
