为了支援农业,适应广大农民修建住宅的迫切需要,几年来东北三省的建筑设计人员,积极响应党的号召,对农村住宅进行了调查研究,编制设计方案,试制试建,交流经验,开展了方案竞赛等学术活动。现在就我们对农村住宅设计的一些情况和看法,提出来和大家探讨研究,并希批评指正。 东北地区气候寒冷,北部与南部、西部与东部,气候条件差别很大,自然环境、经济地理条件也有所不同,地势大体上有沿海、山区、平原之分。这些都要求我们在农村住宅设计中予以实事求是、因地制宜的考虑。
