对济钢第三炼钢厂VAI大板坯连铸机生产中铸坯出现缺陷的实际情况进行了分析,研究了铸坯各种缺陷产生的主要原因,提出了预防措施,显著提高了铸坯质量。
The actual situation of slab defects in the production of VAI slab caster in the third steelworks of Jinan Iron and Steel (Group) Company was analyzed. The main causes of various flaws in the slab were analyzed. Preventive measures were put forward to improve the slab quality.
