采用等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对食品添加剂磷酸二氢钾中砷和重金属铅进行分析。确定了最佳测量条件,采用标准曲线法定量,样品的加标回收率为98.48%~99.43%,RSD为0.21%~0.44%,检出限为0.010 66~0.034 95 mg/L。
Plasma and atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to analyze arsenic and heavy metal lead in potassium dihydrogen phosphate food additive. The optimal measuring conditions were determined by standard curve method. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 98.48% to 99.43% with RSD of 0.21% -0.44%. The detection limits were 0.010 66-0.034 95 mg / L.
