目的探讨蕈样肉芽肿(MF)患者外周血淋巴细胞的HLADR抗原表达及其意义。方法应用流式细胞术及免疫双荧光染色法,共检测10例MF。结果MF患者外周血HLADR+淋巴细胞数及CD+3HLADR+淋巴细胞数与正常对照的差异均有显著性意义(P分别<0.01,<0.001),HLADR+淋巴细胞数及CD+3HLADR+淋巴细胞数与疾病临床分期均呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.796、0.767,P均<0.01)。CD+4HLADR+T细胞、CD+8HLADR+T细胞均高于正常对照,差异非常显著(P分别<0.05、<0.001)。结论MF患者外周血淋巴细胞HLADR抗原表达普遍存在异常,与MF的发病密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of HLA-DR antigen in peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with mycosis fungoides (MF). Methods Flow cytometry and immunofluorescence staining were used to detect 10 cases of MF. Results There were significant differences in peripheral blood HLA-DR+ lymphocyte counts and CD+3 HLA-DR+ lymphocyte counts with normal controls in MF patients (P<0.01, <0.001, respectively), HLA-DR+ lymphocyte counts There was a significant positive correlation between the number of CD+3 HLA-DR+ lymphocytes and the clinical stage of the disease (r values were 0.796 and 0.767, respectively; P all <0.01). CD+4-HLA-DR+T cells and CD+8-HLA-DR+T cells were all higher than normal controls, with significant differences (P<0.05, <0.001, respectively). Conclusion The abnormal expression of HLA-DR antigen in peripheral blood lymphocytes of MF patients is closely related to the pathogenesis of MF.
