本刊讯北海国发海洋生物产业股份有限公司董事会11月20日发布公告称,该公司控股子公司北海国发海洋生物农药有限公司(以下简称“农药公司”)将全面停产。公告称,公司近日接到农药公司的报告。鉴于农药公司生产的生物农药类产品成本较高,随着害虫抗药性的增加、生物农药防治效果慢及受农户传统耕种观念的影响导致市场推广应用难度大,且农药公司连续多年处于亏损状态,经农药公司董事会审议,决定自2012年11月21日起全面停产。公司将积极寻求投资者对农药公司资产有效处置或者进行转行合作,尽量减少因停产带来的损失。
