行星辊磨机的磨圈受拉压波动载荷作用,容易产生疲劳破坏。提出了一种预应力磨圈新结构,使疲劳应力由拉压波动循环变为单向压力波动循环,单向受压应力状态完全阻止了磨圈中微裂纹的扩展,大大提高了磨圈的抗疲劳能力。样机试验证明,采用预应力磨圈结构的新型行星螺旋辊磨机没有出现磨圈疲劳失效问题。
