本文建立了胎肝细胞体内直接标记方法,并应用这种标记细胞研究其经静脉输注后在体内的分布和存活情况,从而为进一步研究移植胎肝细胞发挥造血和改善免疫机能打下基础。现将典型实验结果简报如下:
In this study, we established a direct labeling method of fetal liver cells in vivo and used this labeled cells to study the distribution and survival in vivo after intravenous infusion, which laid a foundation for further study of transplanted fetal liver cells to exert hematopoiesis and improve immune function.
