目的:探讨高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析2012年6月到2013年6月100例临床诊断为肠系膜淋巴结炎的患儿的超声表现。结果:100例患儿均有不同程度肠系膜淋巴结肿大,超声诊断符合率为100%。结论:高频彩超是诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的首选检查方法。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in children with mesenteric lymphadenitis. Methods: The ultrasound findings of 100 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were retrospectively analyzed from June 2012 to June 2013. Results: 100 cases of children with varying degrees of mesenteric lymph nodes, the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 100%. Conclusion: High frequency ultrasound is the first choice for the diagnosis of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis.
