随着科学技术的发展,年鉴编辑工作正在进入现代化的新阶段。提高编辑质量、缩短出版周期,是年鉴编辑部门应用计算机技术的基本目的。从稿件的组织、修改、编排、审校,直到排版处理,计算机技术在年鉴编辑工作的各个环节都能发挥重要的作用。可以说,计算机技术的应用,是年鉴编辑工作走向现代化的必由之路。实际上,目前国内使用计算机的年鉴编辑部门已为数不少,更多的年鉴编辑部门开始考虑购置计算机,加入现代化技术的行列。为适应实际工作的需要,本刊约请北京铁路局年鉴编辑部副主任陈光中同志撰写有关计算机技术具体应用的讲座,希望对正在或将要使用计算机的单位及个人能够提供帮助。同时,也期望读者提出具体的意见、建议或要求,以便作者及时调整内容。
With the development of science and technology, the yearbook editing work is entering a new phase of modernization. Improve the quality of editorial, shorten the publication cycle, is the basic purpose of the Yearbook editing department to apply computer technology. In order to meet the needs of practical work, this journal invites Mr. Chen Guangzhong, deputy director of the Yearbook Editorial Office of Beijing Railway Bureau, to write a lecture on the specific application of computer technology, hoping to help those organizations and individuals who are or will be using computers. At the same time, also expect readers to put forward specific opinions, suggestions or requirements, so that the author can adjust the content in time.
