目的 探讨外伤性继发性青光眼的发病原因及防治方法。方法 对 92例 92眼外伤性继发性青光眼 ,根据不同病因采取药物保守治疗、前房穿刺冲洗术 ,一次或多次单独或联合抗青光眼手术治疗。结果 治疗后 73.9%眼压控制在 10～ 2 1mm Hg(1k Pa=7.5 mm Hg) ,6 7.4%视力有不同程度提高 ,盲目由 82 .6 %降至 42 .4% .结论 外伤性继发性青光眼的病因复杂 ,治疗困难 ,视功能损害严重 ,预防外伤性继发性青光眼的发生是挽救视功能的一个重要环节
Objective To investigate the etiology and prevention and treatment of traumatic secondary glaucoma. Methods Ninety-two 92 cases of traumatic secondary glaucoma were treated conservatively according to different etiologies, anterior chamber puncture and rinse, and one or more single or combined anti-glaucoma surgery. Results After treatment, 73.9% of IOPs were controlled at 10-21 mm Hg (1k Pa = 7.5 mm Hg), visual acuity of 6 7.4% increased to some extent, and blindness decreased from 82.6% to 42.4% .Conclusion Traumatic secondary The causes of sexual glaucoma complex, difficult to treat, severe visual impairment, prevention of traumatic secondary glaucoma is an important part of saving visual function
