回顾性分析１１６例肝外胆管癌超声显像表现。１１６例中超声检查确诊或拟诊胆管癌９６例，漏诊６例，误诊１４例。将９６例胆管癌声像图分成五类：乳头型、团块型、充填型、壁厚型和截断型。９６例胆管癌中呈低回声者３７例，中等回声２２例，高回声３７例，各种回声水平在各型中所占比例无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。作者对漏误诊的原因做了简要分析。
Retrospective analysis of 116 cases of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma ultrasound imaging performance. Of the 116 cases, 96 cases were diagnosed or diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma by ultrasonography. Six cases were missed and 14 cases were misdiagnosed. Ninety-six cases of cholangiocarcinoma were divided into five categories: papillary type, mass type, filling type, wall thickness type, and truncated type. Of the 96 cases with cholangiocarcinoma, 37 cases were hypoechoic, 22 cases were moderate echo, and 37 cases were hyperechoic. There was no significant difference in the proportion of echoes among various types (P>0.05). The author briefly analyzed the causes of misdiagnosis.
