本文考察了负荷和滑动速度及膜的单分子层数对MoS_2-二十二酸共混Langmuir-Blodgett膜之摩擦特性的影响。结果表明,随着滑动速度的增大,摩擦系数呈上升趋势;随着负荷的增大,摩擦系数呈下降趋势;膜的单分子层数对其摩擦特性之影响尚无规律可行。电子探针和X射线衍射分析表明,MoS_2是以片状形式存在于膜中,而且是沿着(002)晶面择优取向。
In this paper, the effects of load and sliding velocity and the number of monolayers on the tribological properties of MoS_2-docosanoic acid blend Langmuir-Blodgett membranes were investigated. The results show that with the increase of sliding velocity, the friction coefficient increases. With the increase of load, the friction coefficient decreases. The influence of the number of monolayers on the tribological properties is still not feasible. Electron probe and X-ray diffraction analysis show that MoS 2 exists in the form of flake in the film and is preferentially oriented along the (002) plane.
