131Ⅰ标记的人血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL)与羊抗人ApoB抗体形成的LDL-抗体复合物以及131Ⅰ-LDL,进行由静脉注入正常家兔体内和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞培养两项实验。结果显示,抗ApoB抗体的加入加快了LDL在家兔血浆中的清除率;增加了网状内皮系统(如肝、脾组织)和巨噬细胞对LDL的摄取;24h细胞培养可见巨噬细胞内有大量脂滴堆积。结果表明,抗ApoB抗体增加组织和巨噬细胞对LDL的大量摄取,这可能在动脉粥样硬化形成中起重要作用。
131I-labeled human serum LDL and goat anti-human ApoB antibody and 131I-LDL, two experiments were conducted by intravenous injection into normal rabbits and mouse peritoneal macrophages. The results showed that the addition of anti-ApoB antibody accelerated the clearance rate of LDL in rabbits plasma; increased the uptake of LDL by reticuloendothelial system (such as liver and spleen) and macrophages; 24h cell culture showed macrophage There is a lot of lipid droplets accumulation. The results indicate that anti-ApoB antibodies increase the uptake of LDL by tissues and macrophages, which may play an important role in the development of atherosclerosis.
