特殊音乐教育已经成为了特殊教育重要组成。正是由于在特殊儿童的身心康复上面艺术培养以及潜能开发发挥重要的作用,所以,越来越受到大众的肯定与重视。然而,对比于国外的部分发达国家与地区的特殊音乐教育,国内的特殊音乐教育起步相对晚,发展相对缓慢。因而,探索出一条与我国国情相适应的,特殊儿童音乐教育之路,以充分发挥音乐教育于特殊儿童教育当中的“康复教育”以及“补偿教育”的功能有着重要的意义。文章以长沙市特殊音乐教育现状作为研究对象,对其进行了为期3个月的调查研究,分析了长沙市特殊音乐教育的现状与不足,同时试图提出改善策略与建议,希望能够推动特殊儿童音乐教育理论以及实践的发展。
Special music education has become an important part of special education. It is precisely because of the special physical and psychological rehabilitation of children above artistic development and potential development play an important role, therefore, more and more people’s recognition and attention. However, compared with the special music education in some developed countries and regions abroad, the special music education in China started relatively late and developed relatively slowly. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore a road of music education for special children appropriate to the national conditions of our country so as to give full play to the functions of “education for rehabilitation” and “compensation education” in music education for special children. This article takes the current situation of special music education in Changsha as the research object, and conducts a three-month investigation and study on the current situation of Changsha’s special music education. It analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of Changsha’s special music education and at the same time attempts to propose strategies and suggestions for improvement, hoping to promote special children’s music Educational Theory and Practical Development.
