高科技体系与现代金融是21世纪中国经济持续发展的两大支柱与保证,而风险投资是实现两者初始结合的一条重要路径。中国风险投资的发展模式应民间化、证券化、国际化,以充分发挥其在高科技成果转化与产业结构优化方面的突出作用。
High-tech system and modern finance are the two pillars and guarantees for China’s sustained economic development in the 21st century. Venture capital investment is an important path for the initial combination of the two. The development model of China’s venture capital should be nongovernmental, securitization and internationalization in order to give full play to its outstanding role in the transformation of high-tech achievements and the optimization of industrial structure.
