目的根据国家有关医院感染控制的标准和要求,结合医院实际,利用医院现有的微机医院局部网络,研究建立了一套“部队医院感染监测、预测、评价与控制指标体系”(NSCACS)。方法采用横断调查的方法,排除漏报影响,较客观地反映了医院的实际情况。结果经过3年的运行操作,使我院医院感染发病率和现患率分别每年降低1个百分点,而其他卫生学监测和控制指标则逐年提高。结论采用计算机技术正确的预测和及时的评估各项医院感染控制指标情况,并迅速通过医院局部网络系统反馈给有关单位和科室指导整改,使医院感染控制工作跨上了科学管理的正确轨道
Objective According to the national standards and requirements for hospital infection control, combined with the actual hospital, using the hospital’s existing local network of computer hospitals, research and establishment of a “military hospital infection monitoring, prediction, evaluation and control index system” (NSCACS). Methods The method of cross-sectional survey was adopted to eliminate the effect of missed report and objectively reflected the actual situation of the hospital. Results After three years of operation, the incidence and prevalence of nosocomial infections in our hospital were reduced by 1 percentage point each year, while other hygiene monitoring and control indicators were increased year by year. Conclusion The use of computer technology to correctly predict and timely assess the status of various hospital infection control indicators, and promptly through the hospital’s local network system feedback to the relevant units and departments to guide the rectification, so that hospital infection control work on the correct track of scientific management
