医院文化是组织文化的一种具体形态,是医院全体员工共同的理想、信念,价值观念和行为准则等精神因素的总和。医院文化建设应该营造倡导积极健康的文化环境和价值观念,使之成为医院职工认同并自觉遵守和奉行的基本信息和行为准则,使职工在医院文化潜移默化的作用下,克服陋习,树立新风,团结奋发,积极实现医院各项目标,不断提升医院整体实力,更好地为患者提供优质的医疗服务,为社会做出更大的贡献。
