INTRODUCTION There are many biocatalytic membrane electrodes for the determination of ascorbic acid, all of which are enzyme electrodes composed of immobilized ascorbic acid oxidase and primary electrodes. Pure enzyme is not easy to obtain, the price is more expensive, so this kind of biocatalytic membrane electrode is difficult to promote the application in the country.
