目的:建立毛细管电泳法同时测定通窍鼻炎片中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量的方法。方法:采用未涂层弹性融硅石英毛细管柱55 cm×75μm ID,有效长度47 cm;以20 mmol/L NaH2PO4+100 mmol/L SDS+80%甲酰胺溶液(pH7.12)为运行缓冲液;分离电压15 kV;重力进样5s(高度15 cm);检测波长254 nm。结果:以盐酸小檗碱为内标,欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的线性范围分别为8.0~40.0μg/ml(r=0.9987)、4.0~20.0μg/ml(r=0.9990),平均回收率分别为101.0%、101.8%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确可靠,可用于通窍鼻炎片的质量控制研究。
Objective: To establish a capillary electrophoresis method for simultaneous determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Tongqiao Biyan Tablets. Method: uncoated elastic silica-silica capillary column 55 cm×75 μm ID, effective length 47 cm; 20 mmol/L NaH2PO4+100 mmol/L SDS+80% formamide solution (pH7.12) as running buffer Separation voltage 15 kV; gravity injection 5s (height 15 cm); detection wavelength 254 nm. RESULTS: With berberine hydrochloride as internal standard, the linear ranges of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 8.0~40.0μg/ml (r=0.9987) and 4.0~20.0μg/ml (r=0.9990), respectively. The average recoveries were 101.0% and 101.8%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of Tongqiao Biyan Tablets.
