目的:建立液相色谱串联质谱法测定生活饮用水中10种苯基尿素类杀虫剂。方法:水样经0.45μm过滤膜过滤后进样,用超高压液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱进行分析测定。结果:10种苯基尿素类杀虫剂能较好地分离,峰面积与其浓度均具有良好的线性;10种物质的回收率在93.2%~109%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6.44%。结论:该方法灵敏度高、特异性好,线性关系及重现性好,适合对生活饮用水中10种苯基尿素类杀虫剂定性定量分析。
Objective: To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS) method for the determination of 10 phenyl urea insecticides in drinking water. Methods: The water sample was filtered through 0.45μm filter membrane and analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry. Results: 10 kinds of phenyl urea insecticides could be separated well with good linearity of peak area and concentration. The recoveries of 10 substances ranged from 93.2% to 109% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 6.44 %. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity, good specificity, good linearity and reproducibility, and is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of ten phenyl urea insecticides in drinking water.
