１材料与方法１．１病例选择 ３９２例缺血性脑血管病患者中，男２１６例，女１７６例，其中３６～５０岁２６例，５１～６０岁１５０例，６１～７０岁１６８例，７１岁以上４８例。急性期（１个月以内）２７０例，恢复期（１个月以上）１２２例。发病至入院时间４ｈ～８个月。
1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection 392 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in patients, 216 males and 176 females, of which 36 to 50 years in 26 cases, 51 to 60 years in 150 cases, 61 to 70 years in 168 cases, 48 people over 71 years old. Acute phase (within 1 month) 270 cases, recovery period (more than 1 month) 122 cases. The incidence of admission to hospital 4h ~ 8 months.
