目的:对产科临床陪护需求与护理管理进行分析。方法:选取台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)台州医院产科分娩产妇200人,随机分为常规组和改良组,每组100人。常规组给予常规护理,改良组在常规护理的基础上根据需求进行临床陪护,比较两组的护理情况。结果:改良组的护理满意度、护理综合评分、护理纠纷发生比例和不良情绪发生情况等均与常规组存在差异(P<0.05)。两组均未护理安全事件。结论:根据产妇需求,在常规护理的基础上进行临床陪护管理,能有效提高产科的护理满意度和护理综合评分,降低护理纠纷和产妇不良情绪的发生比例,增强产妇的安全性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical requirements and nursing management of obstetrics. Methods: Totally 200 maternal obstetric delivery in Taizhou Enze Medical Center (Group) Taizhou Hospital were randomly divided into routine group and modified group, with 100 in each group. The conventional group was given routine care, and the improvement group was given clinical support according to the demand on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing condition of the two groups was compared. Results: The nursing satisfaction, nursing comprehensive score, the proportion of nursing disputes and the incidence of adverse emotions in the improved group were significantly different from those in the conventional group (P <0.05). Neither group was nursing safety incidents. Conclusion: According to the needs of mothers, clinical nursing management based on routine nursing can effectively improve obstetric care satisfaction and nursing comprehensive score, reduce the incidence of nursing disputes and maternal adverse emotions, and enhance maternal safety.
