在近年来探明的气田中,含有硫化氢腐蚀性介质的气田占有很大比例。天然气中的硫化氢,不但使设备发生一般的腐蚀,还会造成设备金属零件的腐蚀(硫化)开裂。这对于采气井口装置,是一个极严重的问题。 为了选择最耐蚀的材料,对碳钢(第一类)、低合金钢(第二类)和高铬镍合金钢(第三类)三类钢种进行了研究。上述三类钢种的化学成分和机械性能列于表1和表2。
In recent years proved gas fields, containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive medium gas fields account for a large proportion. Hydrogen sulfide in natural gas not only causes the equipment to corrode normally, but also causes corrosion (vulcanization) cracking of the metal part of the equipment. This is a very serious problem for gas wellhead equipment. In order to select the most corrosion-resistant material, three types of steel grades, carbon steel (first type), low-alloy steel (second type) and high-chrome nickel-nickel alloy steel (third type) were studied. The above three types of steel chemical composition and mechanical properties are shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
