目的就冠心病与空腹血糖关系进行研究。方法选取我院收治的冠心病患者100例及健康体检的正常人100例,于清晨空腹的情况下,将所有的受检者都采集3ml的静脉血送检,检验血液中的血糖含量。结果冠心病组男/女比例为62/38,年龄在30~75岁,FPG为(6.21±1.95)mmol/L;正常组男/女比例为68/32,年龄在28~76岁,FPG为(4.95±1.65)mmol/L,年龄差异、性别差异无统计学意义,而正常组的FPG要明显低于冠心病组(P<0.05)。冠心病组FPG异常例为47(47%),心绞痛例为74(74%),心肌梗死例为18(18%);正常组FPG异常例为21(21%),心绞痛例为7(7%),心肌梗死例为1(1%);冠心病组患者的心肌梗死、心绞痛、FPG异常发生率都明显高于正常组。结论冠心病患者很容易出现血糖异常的现象,应引起注意,积极予以干预治疗,尽最大努力改善患者预后情况,降低冠心病的死亡率和发病率。
Objective To study the relationship between coronary heart disease and fasting blood glucose. Methods 100 cases of coronary heart disease and 100 healthy subjects were selected from our hospital. In the fasting morning, all the subjects collected 3ml venous blood and examined the blood sugar level. Results The male / female ratio of coronary heart disease was 62/38, with a mean age of 30-75 years and FPG (6.21 ± 1.95) mmol / L. The male / female ratio of the normal group was 68/32, with a mean age of 28-76 years. FPG (4.95 ± 1.65) mmol / L, age difference, gender difference was not statistically significant, while FPG in normal group was significantly lower than that in coronary heart disease group (P <0.05). Coronary heart disease FPG abnormalities were 47 (47%), angina pectoris 74 (74%), myocardial infarction 18 (18%); normal FPG abnormalities 21 cases (21%), angina pectoris 7 cases %), Myocardial infarction cases were 1 (1%); coronary heart disease patients with myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, FPG abnormalities were significantly higher than the normal group. Conclusions Patients with coronary heart disease are prone to abnormal blood glucose. Attention should be paid to these factors, and interventions should be actively taken. Patients with coronary heart disease should be tried their best to improve their prognosis and reduce their mortality and morbidity.
