目的探讨彩色实时三维超声心动图在先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用价值。方法应用Philips Sonos7500超声诊断仪、X4探头。对23例常见先天性心脏病患者在实时三维超声心动图及彩色实时三维超声心动图监测下,经心导管行房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损及动脉导管未闭封堵术。结果彩色实时三维超声心动图能立体显示房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损及动脉导管未闭的血流起源、方向和立体空间分布,能准确引导房间隔、室间隔及动脉导管介入手术。结论彩色实时三维超声心动图对常见先天性心脏病的临床诊断、疗效评估和预后评价方面具有不可替代的临床应用价值和广阔的应用前景。
Objective To explore the value of color real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in the interventional treatment of congenital heart disease. Methods Philips Sonos7500 ultrasound scanner and X4 probe were used. 23 cases of common congenital heart disease in real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and color real-time three-dimensional echocardiography monitoring, transsexual catheter atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus closure. Results Color real-time three-dimensional echocardiography can display the origin, direction and spatial distribution of atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus stereotacticly, and can accurately guide atrial septum, septum and arterial catheterization. Conclusion The color real-time three-dimensional echocardiography has irreplaceable clinical value and broad application prospect in clinical diagnosis, curative effect evaluation and prognosis evaluation of common congenital heart disease.
