目的 :观察痢特敏片对动物的长期毒性 ,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法 :长期毒性实验用大鼠 ,设 2 .16 g· kg- 1 ,0 .6 8g· kg- 1 ,0 .2 2 g· kg- 1三个剂量组和空白对照组 ,连续给药 2 8d,观察动物的饮食、体重。于实验第 2 8d停药 2 4h、停药 14 d分别处死 、 的动物 ,取血测定血常规及其生化指标 ,并取出主要脏器作组织、病理学检查。结果 :痢特敏片长期毒性实验 ,大鼠连续给药 2 8d,停药 2 4h,2 .16 gkg- 1 组动物血小板计数明显降低 ;肝脏系数明显升高。各组肾上腺指标明显升高 ,其它各项血液常规指标 ,生化指标脏器系数与对照组相比都无显著性差异 ,病理组织学指标未有明显改变 ,停药 2周 ,各指标与对照组相比未有显著差异。结论 :本药长期服用安全可靠
Objective : To observe the long-term toxicity of Qiteng Tablets for animals, and provide basis for clinical safe drug use. METHODS: Rats with long-term toxicity experiments were given 2.16 g·kg-1, 0.68 g·kg-1, 0.22 g·kg-1 and three groups of doses and blank control groups. 8d, observe the animal’s diet and body weight. On the 28th day of the experiment, the animals were sacrificed 24 h after drug withdrawal and 14 d after discontinuation. Blood samples were taken to determine the blood routine and biochemical indicators. The main organs were removed for histological and pathological examination. RESULTS: In the long-term toxicity test of Qiteng Tablets, rats received continuous administration for 28 days, discontinuation for 24 hours, and 2.16 gkg-group 1 animals had significantly lower platelet counts, and the liver coefficient increased significantly. The adrenal index in each group was significantly higher. There were no significant differences in other blood routine indexes and biochemical indicators between the viscera coefficient and the control group. There was no significant change in pathological histology indicators. There was no significant difference compared to that. Conclusion :This drug is safe and reliable for long-term use
