随着Internet网络急剧扩大和上网用户迅速增加,网络丰富的信息资源给用户带来了极大的方便,但同时也给上网用户带来了安全问题。由于Internet的开放性和超越组织与国界等特点,使得风险变得更加严重和复杂。原来由单个计算机安全事故引起的损害可能传播到其他系统,引起大范围的瘫痪和损失。因此必须认真考虑网络系统安全风险,采取相应的安全措施。而且信息安全的内涵也发生了根本的变化。它不仅从一般性的防卫变成了一种非常普通的防范,而且还从一种专门的领域变成了无处不在。
With the rapid expansion of the Internet and the rapid increase of Internet users, the rich information resources of the Internet have brought great convenience to the users, but also brought security issues to the Internet users. Due to the open nature of the Internet and beyond the characteristics of organizations and borders, making the risk has become more serious and complex.
