目的:探讨带状疱疹患者的免疫功能状态。方法:采用双抗夹心酶免疫法和酶免疫法检测66例带状疱疹患者血清和水疱的白介素2、游离白介素2受体、r 干扰素和水痘-带状疱疹病毒/IgG 抗体。结果:带状疱疹患者血清白介素2水平高于正常人,水疱中游离白介素2受体、r 干扰素水平高于自身血清,水疱中水痘-带状疱疹病毒/IgG 抗体阳性检出率低于自身血清。结论:带状疱疹患者 T 淋巴细胞功能处于激活状态;白介素2可能是带状疱疹血清中促进病毒消退的主要细胞因子之一;而局部抗病毒的作用 r 干扰素可能强于白介素2。
Objective: To investigate the immune status of patients with shingles. Methods: IL - 2, IFN - γ, and varicella - herpes zoster virus / IgG were detected in serum and blister of 66 patients with herpes zoster by double antibody sandwich enzyme immunoassay and enzyme immunoassay. Results: Serum interleukin-2 level in patients with herpes zoster was higher than that in normal people. The level of interleukin-2 receptor in vesicles was higher than that of self-serum. The positive rate of varicella-zoster virus / IgG in blister was lower than that of self serum. CONCLUSIONS: T lymphocyte function is activated in patients with herpes zoster; interleukin-2 may be one of the major cytokines that promote the regression of the virus in shingles; and the role of local antiviral interferon may be stronger than that of interleukin-2.
