毋庸置疑,托尔斯泰是一位有才华的作家。尽管他著作等身,然而真正让他享誉世界的依然是他的长篇小说《战争与和平》。这部小说历时七年完成,尽管耗时颇久,然而它一问世就受到了疯狂的赞誉。这样的一部巨著在接下来的几年内一版再版即使在世界文学史上也不多见。因此,也可以说是这部小说奠定了托尔斯泰文学史上不可更改的地位。可以说,即使在一百多年后的今天它的魅力依旧无可阻挡,吸引着一代又一代的文学爱好者研读并从中汲取营养。对于它的成功,固然是多方面因素所促成,即使分批逐条,它也有着超越于同时代作品的伟大之处。本文试从艺术特色方面来分析它的不凡之处,希望对后来的解读者有所启发。
Undoubtedly, Tolstoy is a talented writer. Despite his writings, his real novel, “War and Peace,” remains truly worldwide. The novel, which lasted seven years and took quite a long time, has been wildly acclaimed as soon as it came out. A masterpiece like this is rare in the next few years even in the history of world literature. Therefore, it can also be said that this novel lays an irreplaceable position in the history of Tolstoy literature. It can be said that even after a hundred years and more, its charm is still irresistible, attracting generations of literature lovers to study and learn from nutrition. Although its success is due to many factors, it has greatness that surpasses that of contemporary works even in batches.
