文章从影响企业技术创新的外部因素市场结构和内部因素治理结构两个方面,分析了企业技术创新同市场结构与治理结构的关系,提出在寡头垄断的市场条件和组织控制的治理模式相适应时,企业技术创新特征主要表现为技术推动和企业家个人偏好型;在垄断竞争的市场条件和市场控制的治理模式相适应时,企业技术创新特征主要表现为市场需求拉动型。
The article analyzes the relationship between technological innovation of enterprises and market structure and governance structure from two aspects of external factor market structure and internal factor governance structure which affect the technological innovation of enterprises. It is proposed that when oligopolistic market conditions and organizational control mode of governance adapt to each other, . The characteristics of technological innovation of enterprises are mainly represented by technology promotion and personal preferences of entrepreneurs. When the market conditions of monopolistic competition are in conformity with the governance models of market control, the characteristics of technological innovation of enterprises are mainly characterized by the demand of market.
