吉林市于1998年起在城市和农村同时开展了乙肝疫苗接种试点,在取得了一定经验的基础上,于1990年开始将乙肝疫苗接种工作纳入儿童计划免疫管理,10年来在学龄前儿童中已形成了一个比较可靠的乙型肝炎免疫屏障。据1999年接种率调查和疫情统计,儿童乙肝疫苗基础免疫接种率城市达97.6％,农村达95.2％;9岁以下儿童乙型肝炎发病率10.1/10万,比1990年(30.0/10万)下降了66.7％。吉林市在乙型肝炎免疫预防管理上主要从以下方面着手:1 加强管理,提高认识,广泛开展社会宣传教育工作
