4月12日,中国移动广东公司率先推出捆绑TD-SCDMA无线上网套餐的上网本。此前,中国电信外接了EV-DO无线网卡的上网本已在部分地区上市。中国移动和中国电信均联合十余家PC厂商开发3G上网本,目前形式各样的上网本体验活动正在北京等热点地区举行,市场推广也正在逐步升温。另有消息称,在3G上一直低调行事的中国联通亦将一次性推出包括上网本在内的一揽子
