山东一金矿选冶厂锌粉置换作业压滤机出现了滤布严重不透水的现象,原来15天更换一次压滤机滤布,后来一天更换一次,最后发展为一天更换2次,严重地影响了正常生产,增加了生产成本。针对此问题矿领导组织有关人员进行研究,最后采用在贵液沉淀池中加石灰乳的方法解决了压滤机滤布不透水的问题。现将对问题起因的研究及解决的办法总结如下,供有关技术人员参考。
