偏头痛临床多见,目前治疗方法繁多,疗效不一。近3年我们采用西比灵(盐酸氟桂嗪)治疗偏头痛100例,效果满意,现报告如下。1 临床资料①本组100例偏头痛诊断明确,排除其他疾病引起头痛,病程3个月以上,头痛持续时间大多数为数小时至3天,长者3天以上,头痛间隔时间数周至数月不等,临床症状典型,以反复发作性搏动性头痛为主。男38例,女62例,15—20岁13例,21—49岁75例,50岁以上12例,部分患者接受过止痛、对症治疗,效果不显著。②治疗方法治疗前停用其他镇痛药,改用西比灵胶囊口服,剂量10mg,每日1次,睡前服用,30天为一疗程。③治疗结果基本痊愈:头痛完全消失,3个月未再发作者28例。显效:能控制头痛发作,并能坚持全日工作者50例。有效:头痛明显减轻,发作时间缩短,间隔期延长者13例。无效:无任何改变9例。2 讨论偏头痛是临床常见多发病症,多数学者
