针对新组建后的路桥集团管理规模、地域分布及经营特点,本文提出制定路桥集团财务管埋框架的思路:集团财务对外具有快速反应和适应能力;对内具有较强的调控配置能力和运营能力。
In view of the management scale, geographical distribution and operating characteristics of Luqiao Group after the new formation, this paper puts forward the idea of formulating Luqiao Group financial management framework: the group finance has rapid response and adaptability to foreign countries; it has strong regulation and control ability and operation ability .
